An iDEA is an embryonic POPP proposal, put up for public scrutiny and discussion. We hope this will bring it to the attention of a community of interest who will be able to suggest improvements, identify possible extensions or additional applications, and generally debug it before it becomes a project proper.

To create an iDEA, simply fill in the form on the Ideas page of this site. You don't need to have information for all the parts of the form -- sketchy is good; we just need enough to engage people's interest.
